Parts Aligner Applications
Hundreds to several thousands of small components are simultaneously aligned and prepared for the assembly process on a single pallet by the MRV aligner. Our Parts Aligner can also be an assembling machine.
The MRV aligner pallets can be designed for assembly by simply stacking the pallets. This process can be done in a variety of different ways, including transition plates, shutters, magnets and vacuums.
Unlike conventional parts feeder which only arranges the parts in a singular row, our parts aligners are capable of assembly or inspections while the parts are oriented in a precise specification on a two dimensional surface.
Furthermore, the pallets on the MRV can also be used to directly assemble using multiple pallets.
